Cancelations — At Traci-Scott Salon we recognize that cancellations may be the result of unavoidable circumstances, and we will make every effort to accommodate the needs of our clients. However, as our stylists reserve time with their clients in advance, we do respectfully request that a minimum of 24 hours notice be granted when canceling an appointment. 

If any client cancels an appointment with less than the required notice or does not appear for a scheduled appointment, Traci-Scott Salon reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. This fee may be required prior to the advanced booking of any future appointments.

First Appointments — First time clients of the salon will be asked to reserve the first appointment with a credit card: if the first appointment is cancelled 12 hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment time, the credit card on file is subject to a charge of 25% of the value of the scheduled service. 

Our stylists reserve the right to charge a $25 fee for consultation with new clients.  This fee will be applied in full towards the first scheduled service with the same stylist.
