Policies

At Traci Scott Salon we recognize that cancellations may be the result of unavoidable circumstances, and we will make every effort to accommodate the needs of our clients.  However, as our stylists reserve time with their clients in advance, we do respectfully request that a minimum of 24 hours notice be granted when canceling an appointment.  First time clients of the salon will be asked to reserve the first appointment with a credit card: if the first appointment is cancelled 12 hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment time, the credit card on file is subject to a charge of 25% of the value of the scheduled service.  If any client cancels an appointment with less than the required notice or does not appear for a scheduled appointment, Traci Scott Salon reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. This fee may be required prior to the advanced booking of any future appointments.

Our stylists reserve the right to charge a $25 fee for consultation with new clients.  This fee will be applied in full towards the first scheduled service with the same stylist.

Bridal Services

Each member of the party will receive a comprehensive consultation with the stylist regarding their desired look.  Options for long and short hairdressing include up-dos, blowouts, curly styles, and more.  Everyone is encouraged to bring a photograph if they wish. Please arrive at your appointment with clean, dry hair. Brides are strongly encouraged to have a practice session with their stylist.

*Up-do/Style starting at $70.00

Each cosmetic application is tailored to the wish of the client.  Everyone is encouraged to bring a photograph if they wish.  Artificial lashes are available with advanced notification and additional charge.  Everyone is encouraged to provide their own mascara and foundation for sanitation purposes.  Kai cosmetics are available for retail purchase following each application. .  Brides are strongly encouraged to have a practice session with their make-up artist.

 *Hair & Cosmetic Services for Bridal Parties are provided at a non-negotiable flat rate.  It is the intent of Traci Scott Salon to provide seamless service for your entire party, and to ensure that your special day is off to a fantastic start!
